Stir Fried Tofu and Celery Recipe

Ingredients:

  • salt
  • corn flour
  • celery
  • soy sauce
  • ginger garlic paste
  • green chilli sauce
  • sugar
  • onion
  • black pepper powder
  • tofu

Instructions:

  • We begin making the Stir Fried Tofu and Celery Recipe by mixing the cornstarch, soy, pepper powder, salt in a bowl with 1/4 cup water
  • Mix well
  • Heat a flat skillet with oil, once it is hot, dip the cubed tofu into the cornstarch batter and carefully fry them on both the sides till it is golden brown
