Spicy Mexican Layered Chilli Rice Recipe

  • Stir fry the Mexican Chilli for a couple of minutes until the mixture comes together and becomes creamy
  • Adjust the salt and spices accordingly
  • Turn off the flame, and set the Mexican Chilli aside
