Ingredients:

  • cumin powder (jeera)
  • green chilli
  • mint leaves (pudina)
  • water
  • curd
  • coriander (dhania) leaves
  • onion

Instructions:

  • To begin making the Onion Raita Recipe, slice the onions and chop the green chilli, mint and coriander leaves
  • In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, salt, and jeera powder and whisk well until smooth
  • Next add water to adjust the consistency and add the onions, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves
  • Mix well to combine
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and serve
