Ingredients:

- mustard oil
- mustard seeds
- asafoetida (hing)
- amla (nellikai gooseberry)
- red chilli powder
- methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)
Instructions:
- We begin making the Nellikai oorugai/Amla Sambhariyo Recipe (Instant Gooseberry Pickle Recipe) by de-seeding the gooseberries and keeping it aside
