- corn flour
- milk
- palm sugar jaggery also will do
- cinnamon stick (dalchini)
- dark chocolate
Instructions:
- To begin making the Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe, boil the milk along with cinnamon stick, chocolate and palm sugar over a medium heat
- Boil until the chocolate and palm sugar has dissolved well
- In a separate bowl add the corn flour and mix it with 1/4 cup water till it combines well
