Lemongrass Coconut Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
- salt
- ginger
- stock lemongrass
- rice
- green peas (matar)
- water
- carrot
- black peppercorns
- green beans
- broccoli
- coconut milk
- sunflower oil
Instructions:
- To begin making Lemongrass Coconut Rice Recipe, first heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add ginger and vegetables to it and saute for a minute
- Add the rice and stir well for a few seconds
- Add the coconut milk, water, lemongrass stalk, peppercorns and salt to the rice, and leave it to boil
