Lemongrass Coconut Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • salt
  • ginger
  • stock lemongrass
  • rice
  • green peas (matar)
  • water
  • carrot
  • black peppercorns
  • green beans
  • broccoli
  • coconut milk
  • sunflower oil

Instructions:

  • To begin making Lemongrass Coconut Rice Recipe, first heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add ginger and vegetables to it and saute for a minute
  • Add the rice and stir well for a few seconds
