Egg Curry Masala Recipe With Sunny Side Up Eggs

Ingredients:

  • tomato
  • coriander (dhania)
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • onion
  • coconut milk consistency
  • coriander powder
  • eggs
  • turmeric powder
  • sunflower oil

Instructions:

  • To begin making the Sunny Side Up Egg Curry Masala Recipe, preheat a pan with oil over medium heat
  • Once the oil is hot, add the onions and cook till onion turns soft and translucent
  • This will take about 2 minutes
  • Next, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and saute until the spice powders are well combined

  • If you like a runny yolk, cover and cook for just 4 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked and you can see the yolk through a thin film formed on top
