Egg Curry Masala Recipe With Sunny Side Up Eggs

Ingredients:
- tomato
- coriander (dhania)
- salt
- red chilli powder
- onion
- coconut milk consistency
- coriander powder
- eggs
- turmeric powder
- sunflower oil
Instructions:
- To begin making the Sunny Side Up Egg Curry Masala Recipe, preheat a pan with oil over medium heat
- Once the oil is hot, add the onions and cook till onion turns soft and translucent
- This will take about 2 minutes
- Next, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and saute until the spice powders are well combined

- Add in the tomatoes and give it a good mix
- Cover the pan with a lid and let the gravy cook for about 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes, add in the coconut milk and mix well

- Cover the pan with a lid and let the eggs cook for about 8 to 10 minutes
