Crunchy Asian Vegetable Salad Recipe With Honey Garlic Dressing

Ingredients:

  • salt
  • spring onion greens
  • ginger
  • purple cabbage
  • soy sauce
  • carrot
  • chilli vinegar
  • cloves garlic
  • red chilli flakes
  • lemon
  • brown sugar (demerara sugar)
  • cucumber
  • green zucchini
  • sesame seeds (til seeds)

Instructions:

  • To make vegetable ribbons, wash the vegetables, peel only the carrot and cucumber and keep all the vegetables whole
