Crunchy Asian Vegetable Salad Recipe With Honey Garlic Dressing

Ingredients:
- salt
- spring onion greens
- ginger
- purple cabbage
- soy sauce
- carrot
- chilli vinegar
- cloves garlic
- red chilli flakes
- lemon
- brown sugar (demerara sugar)
- cucumber
- green zucchini
- sesame seeds (til seeds)
Instructions:

- To make vegetable ribbons, wash the vegetables, peel only the carrot and cucumber and keep all the vegetables whole
