Instructions:

- Heat a pan with oil, add the chicken pieces and season them with salt, pepper and dried herbs
- Once the chicken starts to brown
- Add the mole sauce and mix well and bring it to a boil for 5 minutes and keep it aside
- Boil the brown rice with 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker for about 5 whistle
- Allow the pressure to release by itself
