Ingredients:
- turmeric powder
- salt
- ginger
- make tomato
- coriander
- asafoetida
- red chilli powder
- sweet corn
- oil
- peanuts grind paste
- green chillies
- cumin seeds
- garam masala powder
Instructions:
- To make the spicy maize masala recipe, first put sweet corn in a pressure cooker with water and salt
- Cook till 2 cities come and turn off the gas

- Now heat oil in a pan
- Add cumin, ginger, asafoetida, groundnut powder and cook for 1 minute
- Now add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, green chilli and cook till it boils
- After the boiling comes add corn
- Add salt as per taste and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
- Cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes
- Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander
