Chatpatti Makai Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • turmeric powder
  • salt
  • ginger

  • asafoetida
  • red chilli powder
  • sweet corn
  • oil
  • peanuts grind paste
  • green chillies
  • cumin seeds
  • garam masala powder

Instructions:

  • To make the spicy maize masala recipe, first put sweet corn in a pressure cooker with water and salt
  • Cook till 2 cities come and turn off the gas

  • Now heat oil in a pan
  • Add cumin, ginger, asafoetida, groundnut powder and cook for 1 minute
  • Now add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, green chilli and cook till it boils
  • After the boiling comes add corn
  • Add salt as per taste and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
  • Cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes
  • Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander
