Brinjal Capsicum Sabji Recipe

Ingredients:

  • tomato
  • salt
  • asafoetida (hing)
  • coriander (dhania) leaves
  • red chilli powder
  • brinjal (baingan eggsplant) ( variety)
  • garlic
  • green bell pepper (capsicum)
  • coriander powder
  • turmeric powder
  • green chillies
  • garam masala powder
  • sunflower oil

Instructions:

  • To prepare the simple Brinjal Capsicum Sabji Recipe, heat a pan with enough oil
  • Add chopped garlic and hing, saut? it for few seconds
  • Add brinjal and capsicum
  • Add all the dry spices, saut? and cover the lid
  • Let it semi cook by saut?ing every few minutes once
  • Add chopped tomato and let it cook for 5-7 minutes (or until the veggies are desirable cooked)
  • Add salt to taste, saut? and add chopped fresh coriander
