Brinjal Capsicum Sabji Recipe

- tomato
- salt
- asafoetida (hing)
- coriander (dhania) leaves
- red chilli powder
- brinjal (baingan eggsplant) ( variety)
- garlic
- green bell pepper (capsicum)
- coriander powder
- turmeric powder
- green chillies
- garam masala powder
- sunflower oil
Instructions:
- To prepare the simple Brinjal Capsicum Sabji Recipe, heat a pan with enough oil
- Add chopped garlic and hing, saut? it for few seconds
- Add brinjal and capsicum
- Add all the dry spices, saut? and cover the lid
- Let it semi cook by saut?ing every few minutes once
- Add chopped tomato and let it cook for 5-7 minutes (or until the veggies are desirable cooked)
- Add salt to taste, saut? and add chopped fresh coriander
