Apple Burfi Recipe

Ingredients:
- cashew nuts
- ghee
- coconut
- apples
- milk
- raisins
- cardamom powder (elaichi)
- condensed milk
- canned cherries
Instructions:
- To begin making Apple Burfi Recipe, scrape coconut and churn it into a fine paste without adding any water in a mixer grinder
- Keep aside
- Peel and chop apples
- In a mixing bowl, mix chopped apples, coconut paste ,condensed milk, chopped nuts, raisins and milk
- Mix well
- Heat ghee in a pan
- Add this apple mixture and stir well
- When the moisture dries up, colour changes to brown and leaves the sides of the pan,add cardamom powder
- Give it a nice mix
- Cook for few seconds and switch off the flame
- Grease a dish with ghee and pour the mixture on it
- Let it cool
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Garnish with chopped nuts, raisins and cherries
- Run a knife around the edges, cut it in the shape of barfi and serve
